Kim Lembo
Kim Lembo is the founder of Grab ’em by the Songs is a Bay Area Musician with 30 years in the music business. In the 90’s and early 2000’s, she was signed with indie label, Blue Wave Records as well as French label, Sky Ranch Records, a subsidy of Virgin Records. With 4 releases under her belt, she left the label’s and set off for the Bay Area to take a short hiatus from the business. The short hiatus turned into 15 well lived years.
In 2015 she came back strong with her self-released 5th album, “45 Miles”, an intimate portrait of her life in relationships and love.
Currently, Lembo can be found playing throughout the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest either solo or with her band “The Kim Lembo Project”, a collection of rotating bay area musicians bringing everything from rocking guitar to middle eastern oud. The sound is raw, original and retro.

Shawna Virago
Shawna Virago is a transgender trickster celebrated for her striking lyric-based songs. Her solo anti-folk music twists together folk and punk, offering raw observations about survival in a predatory world, queer love, and sticking up for the underdog. Virago is celebrated as a music pioneer – she was one of the US’ first openly transgender women to perform and tour nationally, and has performed as an out-transwoman since the early 1990’s. Virago has been featured in national media including Bitch, Advocate, Rumpus, and Curve magazines, on NPR and PBS, and on left-of-the-dial radio. Shewired named Virago as one of the nation’s “Top 25 Hot Femmes.” The Advocate named Virago’s song ‘Objectified’ as one of the nation’s top transgender anthems.

Chelsea Coleman
Oklahoma grown singing-songwriting powerhouse, Chelsea Coleman, creates sanctuaries out of songs, wherein her audience is moved, humbled, and exalted. A courageous and vulnerable storyteller, she invites you to endure open heart surgery, skillfully mending your heartache with strands of golden thread. Each listener leaves more integrally woven into the tapestry of humanity.

The Secret Emchy Society
Recently dubbed East Oakland’s First Lady of Queer Country – Cindy Emch could never be labelled as ordinary. No Depression christened her “Equal parts June Carter Cash, Nick Cave and Murder By Death.” From Under the Basement magazine summed her up by saying, “Imagine Bill Monroe and Sid Vicious having kids together.” Common Folk Music went a step further, suggesting a sound equivalent to “the glint of a switchblade held to your throat.”
