Featuring:
Keak Da Sneak
Keak da Sneak launched his career as one-third of 3X Krazy, a semi-successful mid- to late-’90s hardcore rap trio from Oakland, and soon after embarked on a solo career in 1999. He signed to Moe Doe Records, which released his first two albums, High Tech (1999) and Hi-Tek (2001), as well as a collaborative effort with former 3X Krazy colleague Agerman, Dual Committee (2000). Now, a living Bay-Area rap legend, Keak has been relatively quiet since taking the streets by storm with his smash hits “Super Hyphy”, “White T Shirt Blue Jeans and Nikes”, “That Go” and “Tell Me When to Go” With E-40, but make no mistake, The King of The Super Duper Hyphy is Back and coming even harder than before!!!
Falcons
Los Angeles producer/dj FALCONS has arrived at the forefront of a new generation blurring the lines between hip-hop, r&b, and electronic dance music. With his breakout Terra EP on Fool’s Gold Records, the young producer has crafted both radio-ready songs & underground club anthems in one breath. Terra received universal praise from outlets like The Fader, XXL Mag, Mass Appeal, and Complex, while gaining radio play across BBC Radio 1, Beats 1 and Rinse FM. Falcons’ explosive lead single, “Aquafina” featuring GoldLink, quickly amassed over 1 million streams and garnered support from heavyweights like Q-Tip, Virgil Abloh and A-Trak. Falcons has made major impact across the globe, touring his sound across North America, Asia, Europe and Australia with standout performances at Boiler Room and Coachella. 2015 was a massive year for the producer/DJ, but 2016 only has bigger surprises in store
Softest Hard
Softest Hard is my stage name and alias that I use for DJing, producing, and modeling. Softest hard describes my character in many different ways. Personality wise Softest Hard means yes, I am a nice and sweet young lady but I can be the complete opposite, depending on how you treat me, Music wise, my sound I try to make involves very pretty nice synths with a hard, banging, drum kit. I am one not to be messed with. I am a self made, self taught, independent, professional, business lady. I am a transplant currently living in Los Angeles, California, I was born in Burlington, Vermont and grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. I dedicate my life doing only the things that I enjoy and love the most and this website will help me share all those things with you.
Daghe (performance set)
According to his personal website, Daghe + Digital doesn’t “officially” have a biography because “ HE JUST BE DOING A BUNCH OF RANDOM SHIT AND KEEPIN IT LIT WITH HIS WOES !”.
Dave Steezy
The self proclaimed “1 of 1” for his showcase of uber originality in the realms of music, high fashion and skate culture, Dave $teezy is an authentic Berkeley, Ca representer. $teezy advocates the moniker “the world needs more originals”, which is evident by his affiliations with recent Bay Area collectives, Shmoplife, HBK Gang and Believers circle, whom are the originators of majority of the region’s sound.
1-OAK
Part of the Bay Area’s Honor Roll Crew, vocalist, songwriter, and producer 1 O.A.K (One of a Kind), learned to sing and play drums and keyboards in church, and was raised on classic gospel and soul. The Oakland native set out to stick strictly to beatmaking — he intended to save his singing for the church — but he eased into doing both at once. In 2012 1 O.A.K released Special Request in which he wrote, produced, and arranged the whole thing with some help from executive producers DJ Tap.10 and WhizWard, as well as, Trackademics among others. Near the end of that year, he and Trackademics collaborated as 2 Player Co-Op and released an imaginative EP featuring covers of songs originally recorded by the Smiths, LCD Soundsystem, Wham!, Go West, and the Cure.
1 O.A.K, was most recently a focal member on the production of Bay Area sensation Kamaiyahs first mixtape titled “A Good Night in the Ghetto”, and is set to drop another solo tape called “Riding in Cars with Girls”.
YMTK
To put it simply, ymtk pushes the envelope of musicality in hip-hop. He has always been more out-of-the-box than his East Oakaland roots suggest, and his music reflects that he has a style uniquely his own. ymtk’s professional career began as a songwriter, but he has since demonstrated that his solo work fills a niche that hasn’t been tapped by other artists of this generation. His live performances alone consistently captivates fans and industry insiders alike.
Indisputable talent and continued rapport with rising stars have filled ymtk’s resume with collaborations with some of the most popular artists coming out of CA such as Nic Nac, Marc E Bassy, IAMSU!, Kool John, Clyde Carson, Bobby Brackins, Mann & Problem. MTV and VH1 cosigned ymtk by heavily featuring his songs in primetime programming. There has been consist interest from listeners all around the world for the unique sound that ymtk has crafted over the last few years being booked in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom & United Arab Emirates. It is no small thing that ymtk has independantly attracted hundreds of thousands of views/plays on the web, and there’s no telling where he’ll take his one of a kind sound next.
.WAV BROS
